Group Leader Mark Denham receives Innovation Grant

With an Inno Explorer Grant and a total amount of 1,4 Mio DKK, Group Leader Mark Denham is ready to take the initial steps in transforming his basic research into a biotech business.

Mark Denham has developed a new method for lineage-restricting stem cells for use in treating Parkinson’s Disease. The preliminary data already show very promising results. With the Inno Explorer Grant, Denham now has the support to transition his research from the university into a business and to advance towards further public and private investments.

The Inno Explorer Grant is bestowed by the Innovation Fund Denmark.
